Heritage Ranch is an active adult community for people age 50 and over and I have been lucky enough to call this my home for several years. It is conveniently located in Fairview, just minutes from Allen, McKinney, Central Expressway, Sam Rayburn Tollway, fantastic shopping and excellent health care. The golf course is highly rated and I often see my neighbors driving around this gated community in their golf carts. The Club House includes a fitness center, ballroom, library, billiards room, arts and crafts room, restaurant, pub and golf pro shop and I try to join in on the many fun activities going on there. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, scenic walking trails and groups and clubs to fit any interests. I am still working on starting a Red Shoes Club!
